House rules:
- 100% Guest friendly: set up your own rules with the security staff. The maximum occupancy is 2 adults per bedroom.
- Smoking is allowed only in the outside areas.
- Pets are generally allowed, depending on number/type (details required).
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (if you arrive outside office hours, a prior arrangement is required, and an additional fee may apply).
Standard rate is 900 USD/night, but we can offer discounts, especially for last-minute bookings.
The rental rate includes absolutely all house charges: initial/final cleanings, daily cleanings, taxes, gardening, security, gas, water, pool maintenance, garbage disposal, internet connection, satellite TV subscription, Residence fees, private parking, electricity. Other optional villa staff (chef, driver etc.) can be arranged upon request.
Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out is at noon (to allow enough time for the cleaning).
