Owners use the basement kitchen and Home theater in the weekend. it has separate entrance, parking available in front of the house ( street parking ) ...Its brand single family house build 2021.
it has kitchenette ( Microwave, Mini refrigerator)
3. Bedroom has king size bed & mattress, No TV. ( can we can if needed) free high speed WIFI.
Its new construction house, no one lived before, everything is brand new including mattress.
I highlighted the area that you will be using please see the picture. entrance and exit , street parking in front of the house is always available. Its walkout is lower level in a single family house. It has a full kitchen but we will use that on weekends only. Not permissible for you , same level we have Home theater that we will be using in the weekend ( hope Noise won't bother you.
