Swaying Palm Villa 1 offers a calm island get-away. The villa is tucked in a quiet corner of La Estancia Resort, behind the 15th green of the Resort's golf course. This P.B. Dye golf course has breathtaking views of Tanama Ravine and the Chavon River. There is a private pool for guests of our three villas only. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and blender. Two barbecue grills are located by our pool. Each villa has a golf cart, so it is quite easy to explore the resort or get to the La Estancia golf course. A washer/dryer is on site and bed linens, towels, soap and shampoo/conditioner are provided. Two platform tennis courts (the only two in the Caribbean) are steps away from the pool deck. Beach clubs with stunning views of the Caribbean, spas, day trips, shopping, local dining and additional golf courses are all within a 15 minute drive of the villa. At Swaying Palm Villas, you are in control of your trip, you choose if you want to relax at the Villa or explore the island. Our bilingual (Spanish and English) concierge can arrange transportation to activities if needed.
