Cool off in the swim-up bar or lounge on the spacious covered terrace in your oversized hammock lounges.
This beautiful villa looks onto forested green space with easy access to walking trails located on the perimeter of the development.
Renters staying for a three week duration or longer will have access to onsite washer & dryer.
Our guests have access to the full use of the home except the laundry room for short term rentals.

Casa Linda operates a complimentary shuttle bus that takes guests to local beaches and grocery stores. You really don't need to rent a vehicle, but Casa Linda would be happy to get you a car rental. It can be waiting for you on your villa driveway when you arrive.

Each adult client can have one registered guest at a time unless maximum capacity of villa has been met. Client may register or unregister a guest at any time, night or day. Client must be present during registration process and guest must leave identification with the guard at the gate.

All guests and visitors actions are all solely the responsibility of the clients renting the villa.
A valid photo Id is required of all adult clients, guests and visitors. Satisfactory Ids are passports, driver license, or a Dominican cedula Id. No photocopies of any Ids will be acceptable. Registration is to be done at Reception or Security gate.
Housekeeping is included in the rental rate and will be provided every second day for short term rentals.
Pool and garden care is provided in the rental rate three times per week.
Electricity: There is a normal rate of electricity used for various sized rental homes, and this amount is included in the rental rate. A reading of the electricity meter will be done upon check in and check out. Electricity usage exceeding 40 kW will be charged at the rate of 12.3RD per kW.
Damage deposits of $75/per bedroom must be charged and will be refunded 24-hours after check out if there are no damages or missing items in the villa.
