Our house is very convenient in the exquisite Shaughnessy , walking to a restaurants, coffee shops .

Walking 1 min on #41 bus 10 mins to bigger famous Oakridge Shopping Mall and Skytrain Canada Line which goes into Olympic , DownTown and GasTown ,etc...
Noticing : laundry and Garden are sharing . you do not need to pay for washing laundry. Please do not do laundry 10 am before and 10pm after because it would made whole build noisy , this house made from wood:-).
Also , Please do not washing TOWELS and QUILTS with other colours things together because i do not want towels and quilts are getting dyeing other colours.
