Unwind with the whole family or crew at this peaceful place to stay. 1 master bedroom with a queen size bed and its own bathroom, plus 2 other bedrooms with full size bed in one and 2 single (twin) beds in the other. There is a common bathroom with a shower/tub to be shared. Each room have closet space and hangers. Each room have a ceiling fan. There is central AC for the entire house and wood burning fireplace in the basement. Each room will have a set of towels and wash cloth and extra towels will be left on the shelves in the walkway that leads to each room. There are smart TVs in each room and in the living room with Netflix, YouTube, Disney, and more apps for you to login in to YOUR account. There is a refrigerator in the kitchen, a working electric stove, a fully functioning dishwasher and cooking and eating utensils in the kitchen cabinets. Plates and dinnerware are also available. Enjoy the space and feel at home. We’re on standby to facilitate anything additional that we can provide to make your stay more comfortable. ***Please read additional house rules.***

- Please do not park on the lawn.
- Unapproved Late Check Out fees: Every 30 min after 10am will incur an additional $75 charge.
--Lost TV Remote control will result in a $50 Charge.
-Lost house/amenities key will result in a $25 replacement fee.
-Disabling, obstructing, or tampering in any way with any of the safety or security devices, will result in $250 fee for each occurrence and cancellation of the remainder of your reservation.
-Smoking anywhere on property will result in a $250 remediation
fee.
