Sleeps 7 with Queen bed in large Master Suite that has a sitting area and TV, Queen in Guest Room and twin over full bunk in 3rd bedroom. The enclosed porch has a pullout sofa with Queen mattress for 2 additional guests. Apartment has new mini split air conditioning units. Outdoor dining space with BBQ off the kitchen. Fully equipped eat-in kitchen and large Living Room with TV. Dining room can accommodate 8. Off street parking for 2 cars. Outside shower. Storage area for bikes, surfboards, chairs etc. and Washer & Dryer. Shopping, library and restaurants a short walk away.
