Common kitchen and living room, Big Picuzzi . Just 5 minutes walking from Sosua Beach, Bayles Restaurant, Playero Supermarket and main street of Sosua.
Marie I And Ii Condominium Rules
-If you rent a bedroom with a common kitchen, please keep the kitchen area clean (wash your dishes, ect). So that the other guests can cook as well and not accumulate so much mess.
-In case Common Jacuzzi is included in your apartment or Bedrooms, it only can be used from 9am-6pm ( not loud music allowed ) and only available for the guest who rented the apartment. ( not freandly guest allowed inside Jacuzzi ). Also Jacuzzi water is normal temperature .
-If you have Private Jacuzzi included in your apartment, you can used whenever you want to and with hot water included.
-No smoking inside the apartment please(only allowed at the balconies).
-Respect the other tenants and do not make noise. Not music allowed after 7pm.
-We are not responsible for the damage or problems that may cause a second person in the apartment and building, which was not the one who rented it.
-If you wish to clean your apartment during your stay there is a cost of $25 Usd for each cleaning, reporting it at least one day in advance to the manager. We can change fresh towels and bedding every 3 nights with no additional cost.
-We'll give you an inventory of items that if you wish you can receive it and at the end of your stay deliver them to us in perfect condition. Like we deliver it to you, otherwise certain restrictions apply.
-Please ,try not to leave the Ac on as much you are not using it and outside the apartment.
-We'll show you the electricity meter Only For The Ac , corresponding to your apartment. which will start with an initial numbering of Kw , on the day of your check-in ( you can check daily your consumption, if you wish). We will give you a considerable limit of total energy for the Ac, deducting your time of stay in our condominiums. If you pass our limit of Kw (Energy) that will be given, you will be charged extra for each Kw of additional consumption ( 1kw = $ 15 Pesos= $0.25 Usd). Our guests have never had a problem with this measure. If the guest for any reason wants to leave their Ac on the whole day they'll know they will have to pay extra for the overlimit of Kw consumed. It is very rare that our guest pay for extra Kw of energy. And if so they pay, it is because they are aware that the Ac were always on during their stay. But no one has ever paid more than $ 20 Usd as much in long stays(1 week to a month ). Our reviews speak for themselves. You can check the comments left by our guests that they never talk about the paid for extra Kw.

* To get the television cable box service you will be charged Usd $2 per day , if you wish. If is 20 days or more reservation you'll just pay Usd $1 per day. ( Netflix is free) .
* For change Fresh sheets and towels is every 3 nights , for free. If you need to change before that time you will pay extra fee. You give us the dirty ones , we change for fresh. Also for change is on working time Monday - Saturday From 9am-4pm. We also have towels for sale in case you need it , for a price of $ 20usd.
* We have another building with a swimming pool, 7 minutes walking from this one, in which the number of guests who booked at the time of booking has the facility to use the pool area of the said building.
* We have taxi services from Santiago, Santo Domingo Or Puerto Plata airport directly to the apartments 24hr.
