You have ocean view from a main bedroom and living room and from 2 terraces.
Every morning you will take a cup of coffee on a ocean view terrace and at night a glass of wine.
On the second floor we have a cozy loft space with a queen size bed if you travel with friends or kids. Also we have a sofa bed in a living room. We receive families up to 6 people.
Condo has 2 amazing terraces:
1 - ocean view terrace with lounge chairs and dinning table with direct access from living room and main bedroom
2 - roof ocean view private terrace.
Our condo is fully equipped for vacations.
We provide everything for cooking, beach towels. bedding and bath towels.
Enjoy your vacation in the most centric location just steps of everything!
Beach restaurant just on-site, grocery store on-site, more than 15 restaurants around a community, fresh fruits kiosk, rent car, tours office.
Our condominium is gated and protected by security 24/7.

We have everything for your great vacation: private beach with a beach beds, beach restaurant, 2 adult pools, 2 kid pools, swim up bar, parking.
Most of all I would like you to enjoy your vacation and stay in our property.
1. Check in time after 4pm and after anytime even at night you do it easy by yourself because we have Electronic Keypad Lock! Check out time at 11am
2. We expect that you will enjoy your vacation home and treat it with care
3. Electricity is paid extra during your stay. We take a pic of electricity meter with you on check in and on check out. Electricity deposit 20usd per day, must be paid on check in.
4. Our condo is dog friendly, but on request. We have some rules in a community (pet fee 30 usd per pet per day) so before a booking you need my confirmation.
5. Ac can be used with closed windows and doors.
6. Please don't throw paper towels or baby wipes in the toilet.
7. Please smoke on the balcony or outside.
8. If you want additional cleaning or change towels we give this service with pleasure for an additional cost .
