Property was just upgraded to include LVP flooring throughout the condo.
Property amenities include three lighted tennis courts, clubhouse, newly remodeled pool, ping pong, volley ball, and soft drink machines. Property is adjacent to the Kona Country Club Golf Course. As you walk to the other side of the complex, you will find a black sand beach directly adjacent to the property! A five-minute walk gets you to Kahalu'u Beach for snorkeling or surfing; and a short drive finds you at Magic Sands Beach for playing in the sand and waves. KTA supermarket is right up the road from us, also close enough to walk if you choose. Keauhou Shopping Center is close by and boasts a theater, Longs Drugs, several restaurants, other shops, and a Post Office.
THINGS TO KNOW: This condo is located on the third floor. Elevators are not available. This is a non-smoking condo.
