Summary: Convenient location. Couple running place are very rude and disrespectful. There was no housekeeping, except for towels and trash bag replacement. We had them replaced our own toilet paper. When we first arrived, there was a dead rat floating in the commode. The carpet was wet and sticky throughout the room.
