Very conveniently located, short 6-8 min easy walk to beautiful Karon beach and 20 min to Kata Beach. No hills, very safe area - day or night. Restaurants, bars, shops, banks, massage shops all around. Common area also includes a gym, kids club and free on-site parking if you travel with a car or scooters.
For short stays electric usage of 30 kw/day is included in the price, extra usage will be charged at cost 7 baht per unit. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave.
Daily cleaning service is not included in the rate, but can be arranged at an extra fee. Cost is 1200 baht and includes linen and towels change. Please book 48 hours in advance.
