Welcome to Salt Life Station: 9th Ave — a 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath Jacksonville Beach townhouse that sleeps 7, just one block from the sand. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom, parking fits up to 4 cars in the driveway, and the beach access is visible from the front of the property.
The layout works well for multi-generational groups. Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor with a twin bed, a private en-suite bath, and a door leading directly to the backyard — ideal for grandparents or guests who prefer no stairs. Bedrooms 2 and 3 are on the third floor. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed with a private shower, sink, and toilet. Bedroom 3 is the master, with two queen beds, ocean views, and a private bath with a shower/tub combo. A half bath is also available on a shared floor. All beds are memory foam mattresses. A pack-n-play with sheets is available for families traveling with little ones.
The fully stocked kitchen means you can cook most meals in rather than eating out every night — a real savings for longer stays. It comes stocked with a Keurig, coffee, tea, sugar, a Nutri-bullet blender, and pantry staples like salt, pepper, and olive oil.
