Great restaurants, hiking trails, scenic biking and much more. Beautiful Guilford town green with shops and restaurants less than 3 miles away. Boat excursions around Thimble Islands from Stony Creek Beach just 5 miles away.
House: 3 bedroom, 2 baths, recently renovated, mid-century, open-concept living, kitchen, dining with separate sun room, nice yard with your own private beach!
Plenty of windows in living, dining and sun rooms with spectacular views overlooking Joshua Cove. New kitchen with stainless appliances (including dishwasher). Washer/dryer, central air conditioning.
Outdoor patio with new grill. House is over 1700 sq ft and sits on a double lot (compared to other houses in the same area).
2 kayaks on premises for your enjoyment. Clamming with daily permit available (town fee required). Off-street parking.
NOTE: COVID 19 Cleaning Protocol
We have received cleaning guidance based on the CDC guidelines from a vacation rental site that includes:
+12 point checklist and
+ over 30 frequently touched areas/spaces to clean.
We have provided that guidance to our Cleaning Service with instructions to follow them during every pre guest check in cleaning.
LONG TERM RENTAL RATES: For 28 or more days between Oct and May, rate is $7600/month except if the 30 day period includes a Holiday week (Thanksgiving, Christmas, President's Week). Holiday weeks carry an additional charge.
NOTE: we hope you book with us and enjoy our beach and our kayaks (with life vests included). However, please use caution as you are enjoying the beach and the kayaks at your own risk. There is no lifeguard and we do not take responsibility or liability for your usage. Thank you.
