This villa is in most central location of all other Casa de Campo listings. Walk to the pro shop to tee off, walk to the driving range, or take a short stroll to the hotel or near by beach. .
Our villa is staffed with maid for general cleaning. Enjoy the evening on either of 2 balconies, one enclosed and one open-air. Relax upstairs with an amazing view of the 1st fairway and Caribbean or downstairs in one of 2 bedrooms, each with 2 double beds.
Take a short walk to numerous dining options or fix a quick bite in the kitchen in the villa. Parking is also available for 1 vehicle in front of the villa.

**CASA DE CAMPO RESORT FEES**
Casa de Campo is a World Class gated resort with 3 golf courses, private beach, hotel and marina. As with many resorts these days, Casa de Campo charges a daily resort fee.
Guests must register with the resort and pay a resort fee of $25 per person age 13 and up per day, children aged 4-12 is $12 per day to enter Casa de Campo and use the resort facilities. This fee is paid directly to Casa de Campo upon arrival and you will receive a guest card for identification in the resort.
