New addition on 2nd floor includes 3 en suite bathrooms in each new bedroom, an activity center, and walk out balcony to enjoy a nice cup of coffee in the morning or cocktail after spending the day at the beach. The dining area has a new island to sit and watch tv, relaxing screened porch, patio. Enjoy the new outdoor kitchen area with gas grill in the fenced in backyard oasis after coming back from the beach and the refreshing newly remodeled enclosed outside shower!
