Our "dream condo" is completely renovated and professionally designed in trendy coastal style. With stunning furnishings and upscale finishes, this one bedroom, two bathroom property offers the utmost in beach condo luxury. The decor's neutral colors and textures peacefully reflect the natural beauty of the beach. You will love the location in the Sandestin Resort - walking distance from the Baytowne Wharf shops, entertainment, and restaurants. The sparkling lagoon swimming pool and hot tub are just downstairs, and the beach is a short tram ride away. Remarkably stylish, yet designed with comfort in mind, this Lasata condo is in the center of it all!
"Fresh and relaxing" describes the family room that offers plenty of plush seating for everyone. Our guests will enjoy a 60" flat panel television with upgraded cable and HDTV service. For a lovely view of the bay and resort, step onto the balcony and relax for awhile. There is outdoor seating and a dining table for our guests to enjoy. There is a sleeper in the living room for guests.
The gourmet kitchen has been thoughtfully renovated with marble countertops, stainless appliances, and is fully stocked with everything you will need to serve delicious meals for your friends. The dining area seats four guests with additional bar seating for four. The luxurious master bedroom suite offers a king bed with fresh linens, a spacious closet, and a flat panel television. The master bathroom features dual vanities, a separate shower, and a soaking tub. There is an additional full bathroom with a shower located off the family room. For your convenience, our vacation condo offers a washer and dryer, garage parking, elevator entrance, and complimentary WIFI.
The Wharf is a delight! Walk to world class restaurants, boutique shopping, and a variety of family-friendly activities such as a zip line, bungee-trampoline jumping, evening entertainment, a carousel, rock climbing wall, a kids playground area and remote controlled boats. There are often 'movies on the lawn', art displays, festivals, and special events held at Baytowne Wharf which is the heartbeat of the Resort. Fireworks are a weekly treat during summer time. The beach is one of the most beautiful in the world. There is a miniature golf course, and adults can enjoy golf on three different resort golf courses.
This is truly an unsurpassed property in a premier location! Treat yourself to a memorable beach vacation at 3406 Lasata. *HOA PARKING: The building association for this condo only allows (1) vehicle in the parking garage per reservation. You will be emailed this information prior to your arrival and will be required to pay a $10 parking fee directly to the condo association. Upon receipt of payment, you will be issued a QR code to access the garage.
CANCELLATION: Reservations that are cancelled more than 30 days prior to the arrival date receive a full refund. Reservations cancelled 14-29 days prior to arrival receive a refund of 50% of the amount paid. Reservations cancelled within 14 days of arrival receive no refund unless the guest purchased travel insurance. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement by electronic signature within 3 days of booking.
