Summary: Playa Bonita Residences is an exclusive community. Even on the “busy” weekend we did not feel like our space was limited. Grounds are great and pool is wonderful. Units are very close to the shoreline. Prior to check in I was informed that the unit I selected had a plumbing concern and as such we were given an upgraded unit.
