This villa has been updated in 2025 with smart TV’s, HE front load washer/dryer, outdoor shower, stocked kitchen (utensils), brand new hybrid mattress and a High Efficiency hvac system to keep you cool/warm at the touch of a button. Villa features a new fridge with ice maker/water, microwave, hot water heater, induction oven, dishwasher, shower and LED lighting. Beach items include a wagon, umbrella, chairs, and towels. You have your own private back patio complete with BBQ grill and natural live oak umbrella. Test your skills with our new Tiki Toss Game! ½ mile or 20 min walk to beach access #12, local shops, restaurants, and full-service marina/watercraft rentals. A heated pool awaits as well as the cool vibe of Siesta Key and the world's best beach voted #1 in the world according to Trip Advisor members! You must bathe in one of the famous Siesta Key Beach sunsets or attend a weekly drum circle.
