Beautiful and brand new condo apartment located in the brand new city “Juan Bosch”. All amenities included, washer and dryer, hot water, internet/WiFi, Smart TV with Youtube, Netflix, Amazon Prime Videos already installed for your convenience, and more. Landline phone for all your local calls or in case of any emergency (911). Work area - Desk with chair and reading lamp. Basketball court, small playground for the little ones.
My accommodation is good for couples, adventurers, families, friends, traveling alone, and/or business travelers. Security 24/7 in the entrances of the apartment complex. Newly constructed building, safe and quiet neighborhood. 15 minutes from the airport, 20 min from the center of the city, 20 mins from Boca Chica beach, 15 mins from the colonial zone and restaurants, 2 mins away from Olé - department store with hardware, supermarket, clothing, and much more for all your basic shopping needs.
You will love the convenience and coziness of my apt to relax after a beach day or busy day in the city. Water and electric 24/7. Air conditioner in the main bedroom, fans in every room and an extra portable fan for your convenience. You will have access to the entire apartment, balcony, and parking spot. I am available for questions anytime, through text, email and phone. I will help you with anything I can. We also have a co-host locally that can assist you if anything arises during your stay. If you are not renting a car or have a private car available the best way to get around is Uber, taxi, or public transportation called La Omsa which will take you to the center of the city.

Summary: I average staying at 4 or 5 VRBO homes per year, and if I return to the Dominican Republic, I would stay at this apartment again. The apartment was very clean and the neighborhood felt safe. I will mention that I would describe the apartment as a "Government type of housing project" - but with that said, the neighbors were very friendly, and the neighborhood was not "full of trash" like some of the other neighborhoods we saw in the DR. We stayed at this apartment for a total of 10 nights, and spent 2 days scuba diving, we rode horses, shopped in markets, and played a lot of basketball with the "locals." The apartment had good internet and was within walking distance to a large grocery store. A few of the drawbacks to the apartment were that the handles on the kitchen sink faucet needed repair - but could still be used.... and the shower head in one of the bathrooms should probably be replaced because it seemed clogged (maybe mineral build up). In spite of a few minor things like this, we really, really enjoyed the apartment (and the neighborhood) and the trip to the DR. If you're looking for a Ritz Carlton, then stay somewhere else... but if you're looking for a clean, simple apartment that's a great value for the money, then I would highly recommend staying at this place.
