- For stays exceeding 10 days, a $500 refundable deposit is required. After your stay, we’ll deduct the additional cleaning fees and calculate electricity/gas usage. Any remaining balance will be refunded promptly.
Post-Stay Inspection & Damage Policy
Please note that the apartment will be inspected within 48 hours after check-out. If any items are found to be broken or damaged, an additional fee will be charged to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.
