What do you love about your property?
I love that my property is cozy, private, and surrounded by a peaceful family neighborhood. It’s the perfect balance of comfort and simplicity, with everything a guest needs to feel at home. I also enjoy the little extras, like having a basketball hoop in the backyard for fun, and being able to share our bicycles so guests can explore the area in a relaxing way. Also, we have a small Firepit available. Firewood is not included, but we can provide bundles for $10 each upon request.
What will guests love about your area?
Guests will love the calm and safe atmosphere of our neighborhood, while still being close to shops, restaurants, and main roads like San Jose Boulevard. It’s a welcoming community where you can walk, bike, or simply enjoy the outdoors.
What’s your favorite thing within walking distance?
One of my favorite things within walking distance is the bike path right in front of the house. It’s perfect for a morning ride, an afternoon walk, or just enjoying some fresh air. Guests can even use our bicycles to experience it like a local.

What makes this property unique is the personal touch—we offer not only a private and comfortable space, but also special experiences. Guests can practice their Spanish with the friendly homeowner if they’d like, shoot some hoops in the backyard, or take a bike ride through the neighborhood.
