This is one of our premier downtown condo units, located right across from the Gateway Shopping District and just 3.5 blocks from the Salt Palace Convention Center. It's located within easy walking distance of the Vivint Arena, Temple Square, Gateway Mall, Salt Palace, City Creek Mall, and dozens of great restaurants.
There are two full-sized grocery stores nearby, as well as dozens of restaurants and shops in the Gateway Shopping District, which is a very walkable and eclectic district full of shops, brew-pubs, sports bars, museums, comedy clubs, laser tag, and a Dave & Busters. There is a light rail stop close to the condo complex that can take you all over town, as well as to/from the airport.
The condo complex has a large gym with free weights, cable weight machines, and cardio equipment. There are several jungle gyms in the complex for kids. Dogs are welcome, and will require a $99 pet fee per stay. No cats allowed. All cancellations made within the cancellation window will have to pay a 3% fee for the total amount paid to cover credit card processing fees.
The condo unit is on the top floor, so no noise from any neighbors above. It's furnished with all-new high quality furniture. The beds are all have new memory gel mattresses and the finest bedding so that you'll get a great night's sleep. The kitchen is stocked with all of the cookware, utensils, appliances, and other items that you'll need to make full meals while you're here. The 55" television has Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Paramount+, and Disney+, as well as about 75 live TV channels. Both bathrooms are full bathrooms with one having a shower/tub combo and one having a walk-in shower. We provide premium hotel-quality linens and towels, and all amenities are included, such as soaps, detergents, paper products, iron & ironing board, washer & dryer, and even some personal hygiene items.
