Prime location, just a 20 min walk to Sag Harbor Village and 10 min drive to ocean beaches.
Sun shines in through a ceiling of glass panel ridge skylights throughout the open concept living room, dining and kitchen. Two Restoration Hardware sofas and a camel cart from the 1800s repurposed into a coffee table anchor the living room with the wood burning fireplace and 55-inch picture-frame Smart TV. Dining table with seating for 6. Breakfast bar with vintage sheepskin bar stools.
Open chef's kitchen with Sub Zero refrigerator, industrial oven/range, Bosch dishwasher and butcher block counter tops (please use cutting boards provided!). Sliding glass doors in kitchen lead out to deck, yard and pool.
There are three bedrooms on the main floor of the home, two with a queen sized bed, dresser and two night tables. One of the bedrooms has a twin sized bed and full-sized crib. One of the queen bedrooms has a 40-inch flat screen Smart TV.
One and a half bathrooms on the main level, the full bathroom has a bathtub/shower combo.
Office with a two person desk and office chairs to ‘work from home’ which is also equipped with a 45 inch smart TV, along with a Barry's Bootcamp bench, mat, dumbbells and resistance band to get a work out in. This room has its own separate entrance/exit door to the backyard.
The pristine finished lower level of the home has an additional living room with sofa and club chair for lounging/movie watching on a 70-inch Smart TV. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower level (it is windowed and bright) with a king sized bed, dresser and two night tables. There is a newly renovated full bathroom (with shower) on the lower level as well.
Laundry room in separate section of the lower level with a new washer and dryer.
Backyard/Pool: 42 FT salt water, gunite pool with lounge chairs. Sonos speaker system at pool (manage the volume please so not a disturbance to neighbors..no outdoor music after sunset per town ordinance). Landscaped yard is serviced weekly. There is an outdoor dinning table on the stone patio that seats 8 and an outdoor breakfast table that seats 4 just outside the sliding glass kitchen doors on the wood deck. Outdoor shower (with both hot and cold water). Propane power grill//bbq.
