Summary: It's a very nice room & the location near Calle Ocho is great. It is a new hotel, and there were several mishaps, but the manager addressed them promptly. In one example, someone was knocking urgently at my door, then let herself in unannounced. She had the wrong information and thought I was staying past my checkout date, when I had until the next day. With better staff training, it is a good option.
