This beautiful home built in 2011 is located in SW Cape Coral on one of the Eight Lakes. This high end home guarantees you a perfect vacation. The lanai and large dock has western exposure for unforgettable sunsets. It has 4 bedrooms (2 king bedrooms, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twins each) and 4 baths. The one bedroom with 2 Twins is converted to another king bed. The living room, all 4 bedrooms, the master bath and the lanai have TV's. The kitchen is very well equipped, with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances. The living room has a large flat screen TV and stereo. There is a seperate private office with WIFI and a printer in case you need to work while on vacation. Enjoy the Infinity edge heated pool and spa. The pool features a swim up bar. The lanai has plenty of pool furniture, deck chairs and a BBQ grill/fridge. Gulf access with two bridges to pass.
