Summary: The front desk lady was horrible and an ugly attitude. When I went to the property I had to call a number because none was there and when I called she didn’t have any of my information she didn’t even know I was coming she told me to wait 15 mins so she can get to the hotel so that’s when I chat with Expedia I told them everything that was going on and when the lady came back to the office she was mad that I went and talk to Expedia telling me why I talk to them I shouldn’t have called and she kept going on and on about how Expedia is not a good like unprofessional..
