Fish Stories POC boasts many amenities including a RESORT STYLE SWIMMING POOL (Chilled and for an extra nightly charge-Heated Water*) & FABULOUS PLAYSCAPE! It is a 5 Bedroom, 3 Full Bath & 2 Half Bath NEWLY BUILT July, 2024 in the West Bank gated community. Large Group? No Problem, plenty of room and parking. Come and play your cares away on the playscape and jump in the swimming pool after a day on the saltwater (Please rinse off before jumping in, and there is NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY). Lots to offer in this brand new rental for the adults and kids! Attention to detail at every turn this home will be one of the most popular rentals we offer so book early and often! Note check in time 4pm and check out time 10am. OUTDOOR POOL TEMP IS KEPT BETWEEN 87-89 DEGREES YEAR ROUND. Outdoor and Garage Cameras in Use. *Heated pool for $30 per night extra fee and takes 4 hours to heat up

Bed Linens, Towels for the Home and Pool (If you are going to the beach bring beach towels, PLEASE do not take ours to the beach)
Well Stocked Kitchen, with a Crock Pot, Toaster and Blender.
Dual Coffee Pot: Keurig and Brew. There are several pods, ground coffee and condiments to get you started.
Please bring your personal toiletries. There is shampoo, conditioner and bath soap in all the showers.
Back Porch has a beautiful Pool, Playground, Gas Grill and Lots of Outdoor Seating. (Just remember there is No Lifeguard On Duty)
Garage has a Freezer for your fish, a Banquet Table with 6 chairs, Game Table and a Commercial Ice Machine.

Boaters we have an exterior hose for you to rinse off your boat and gear.

Rental includes bed and bath linens & pool towels, hand soap, bar soap, dishwashing soap and dishwasher detergent (where applicable). Linens are limited to those on hand.
