Once you enter the gate from River Oaks Road the gravel road leads to the front yard and walkway and also around to the carport. There you will find the house, back yard and pool. The back yard is surrounded with deer proof fencing. The remaining property totals 11 acres with a fenced perimeter that is not deer proof so it is common to see deer and other wildlife roaming about.
Feel free to explore the 11 acre property but be aware that you may encounter common hill country wildlife and use caution accordingly.
