The Chez Marlin self-catering Guesthouse is located in Grand Anse, the south-west coast of Praslin. A private, paved path leads about 150m from the main road to the fenced property.
The Chez-Marlin Guesthouse has a base area of 100qm.
The large veranda is inviting to enjoy a nice breakfast as well as relaxing after an eventfully day with a cool refreshment.
The generous living room including a dining space with table is cooled down with several ceiling fans.
There are 17 channels offered via cable on TV. News and entertainment are communicated in creole, english and french likewise as the favourite weather forecast which is very important for the majority visitors.
Wifi is available in Chez-Marlin. We offer 3 GB for 175 rupees. More capacity can be ordered, if necessary. The internet provider is intelvision and the quality is quite good.
The fully equipped kitchen has direct access to the dining area and veranda. You will find a refridegerator, stove with oven, microwave, coffee machine, water boiler, rice cooker, toaster, pots and frying pans and dishes.
The master bedroom is furnished with a double bed and an en suite bathroom and can be cooled down optionally with the ceiling fan or air condition.
The second bedroom is equipped with two single beds a ceiling fan and an air condition.
The 2nd bathroom is located across the corridor.
A washing machine and ironing facilities are also available.
Fresh towels will be given every three day. You are asked to bring your own beach towels with you. The bedlinen will be changed every week. The price for the final cleaning is included.
Big drinking water bottles may be purchased on demand.

Convenience stores, owned by seychellois-indians are found at nearly every corner on the Island.
Well-sorted food stores are located in Grand Anse and can be reached within 10 min by foot from the Chez Marlin Guesthouse.

Fresh fish can be purchased on a small market, the roadside or directly on the beach, but always without any fixed hours.
