Cancellation Policy
Deposit Only rates
This property has a 2 day cancellation policy. Failure to cancel within this time will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay, unless otherwise stated above (see 'Things to Note' information).
Non-refundable rates
Your booking is non-refundable. If you choose to cancel your booking, or in the case of a no-show, you will still be charged the full cost of your booking.
Things to Note
THINGS TO NOTE:
1. Check in time is 3 PM
2. Check out time is 11AM
3. 24 hour reception
4. Breakfast not included
5. We accept credit card (processing fee applied)
6. Smoking allowed on the ground floor only
7. Be quiet after 12:00 local time, in dorms please be respectful to other guests and be quiet after 11pm
8. Please NO outside alcohol, we have a very cheap bar (our beers are actually cheaper than the minimart!) with strong drinks and a great atmosphere. Come drink with us and the rest of the hostel.
CANCELLATIONS:
1. Bookings must be cancelled 48hours before 12PM local time (GMT +8) on the date of arrival or will be treated as No Show, i.e. if you are supposed to arrive on the 14th cancellation must be made before 12pm on the 13th otherwise you will be charged.
2. If you are arriving later than your stated arrival time please let us know via phone or email, if we haven't heard from you 3 hours after your stated arrival time your booking will be marked as a No Show without a refund.
3. No-Show: your entire booking will be cancelled and full amount will be charged.
