Summary: The room was comfortable and clean, and the staff was terrific. They don't provide basic toiletries like shampoo, conditioner, or lotion. If you need an iron, they will provide you with one at the front desk. The hotel has a serious water issue. It will stop running overnight, and sometimes you will need to ask the staff to open the key so you will have access to water in your room.
