Positive: When I first arrived, the parking lot was filled with police so that was concerning. The staff explained why so the reason made me feel alittle better. I had an issue with the air conditioner not working, they came and said it was working but it never did for me but I left it alone. Had a very small tv, channel selections were very limited, jad bugs alot. They did put down bug traps. Wish there were some options for basic cooking pans/utensils. Some places offer a set of basic items that you can checkout for use. I also don't feel I recieved the best value even when I asked because the monthly rate advertised was about the same as my two week stay. When I asked as check-in, I was told I got the best rate but that wasn't true. I was so dissatisfied that I left a few days early but wss not able to get credit for leaving early. Location was ok, but right off of a very busy road and was a challenge getting in and out.

Negative: Weekly cleaning did not clean the whole room and no clean towels given. Didn't like the bugs amd small tv. Laundry area was dirty and rundown. Door wouldn't always close or latch
