Bring up to two dogs, and space for your horses if you have a portable corral. Water onsite for animals. Plenty of hardtop parking space for your trailers. Near the Wilderness battlefield Trails, 20 miles from Fredericks burg and Culpeper. 20 miles from the Town of Orange. Close to many riding trails, battlefields, and horse events going on year round!
Pet deposit of $50, non-refundible. Dogs must be crated (crate not provided) when you arent on the premises.

The whole house/bungalow will be at your disposal. Plenty of room for parking your large trailers.
There is a long-term rental house next door, to the left of the AirBnb, and a storage house/building out back. You will not have use of those spaces. They do have their own parking. The total property consists of 3.3 acres. There is a small retaining pond on the back of the property. It isn't enclosed with any fence or access-limiting fixtures.
