Positive: The view from the balcony was amazing, the room was very nice and big, great location

Negative: First of all, I was disturbed by the fact that the housekeeper turned the air conditioning on to 65 degrees, even though I had intentionally turned it completely off; for me, the optimal sleeping temperature is above 78 degrees, and I was unable to sleep properly that night because the two-pipe system does not allow heating, only cooling. When I returned to the room and turned the air conditioning off, the outdoor temperature was 72 degrees, and it was impossible for the room temperature to rise to at least 78, as it would have if the air conditioning had not been turned on. Of course, I am not unreasonable—if it was too warm for her while she was working, she could have turned the air conditioning on to the desired temperature and then turned it off, leaving it as she found it when she entered the room. Secondly, I chose to activate the privacy button so that no one would enter the room, yet every day I received an SMS asking me to confirm that I did not want housekeeping service. What is the purpose of the privacy / make-up-my-room buttons, then? Thirdly, breakfast should be included in the room rate at this price category, and it is unacceptable that, despite being charged extra and at a rather high price, guests still have to wait 10–15 minutes to be seated (especially considering that part of the terrace was cordoned off and therefore closed, even though it appeared fully functional). Fourthly, the ceiling-mounted shower head, rather than a wall-mounted one, makes it impossible to wash a specific part of the body without getting completely wet, including the hair. This was another aspect that was sufficiently frustrating to be worth mentioning.

Summary: Good location and great views but not very good price to quality ratio
