The Conger Island has a private five stall pier for multiple watercraft and additional lounging pier to take in the picturesque scenery surrounding the island. A private, gated mainland entrance welcomes guests with parking for numerous cars and/or trailers, and complimentary boats; two canoes, a rowboat and two kayaks, are provided for guest use. If boating or snowmobiling is what you are looking for, this private Island is directly off the snowmobile trail system and is surrounded by 28 lakes offering water sports activities for all ages.
The Conger Island introduces you to luxury for all of your guests including a beautiful screened in porch, hidden doorways for children to explore, the resident chipmunks that love to eat out of your hand and two laundry facilities for your convenience. Inside, guests feel right at home with multiple flat screen televisions, a full bar, granite countertops and wireless internet. Unique and luxurious amenities continue in all three bathrooms including a ceiling mounted bath filler, antique sink basins and floor to ceiling glass shower offering the illusion of bathing outdoors amongst the majestic pine trees and spectacular lake frontage. An additional sleeping space at the top of the home houses a king bed overlooking the water.

All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. This home is intended for family gatherings. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m and are strictly enforced. Noise violations will result in eviction.
All reservations require a copy of the rental terms be reviewed and signed within 72 hours of booking.
All events exceeding the maximum occupancy require written request and approval from Vacasa.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

(A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
