We have Great Blue Herons that visit the property almost every morning to fish off our seawall…early birds only as they usually have full bellies by 9:30 and fly away. Guest note/bonus, we are in the deepest water on CCL which means the best fishing and finest swimming you will find on the lake. Private cove has minimal boat traffic aside from our neighbors and the occasional bass fishermen who know where to land the big ones - in our cove! Oversized covered back deck is perfect for dinner al fresco or morning coffee. Spacious heavily treed yard is a slice of shaded paradise with 180 degrees of waterfront; quiet cove perfect for swimming on the West side and water views and open lake access on the East side. If you are looking for a serene retreat with all the comforts of home and an incredible lake experience look no further! NOTE - available for our boating guests…..Heavy duty / large mooring whips attached to our private dock make it the perfect spot for guests who want to bring their own fishing or recreational boat (28’ capacity). Do yourself a favor and avoid the hassle of crowds of busy CCL public boats ramps and the extra fees. Recreational / ski boats/pontoons/jet skis all available for hourly or daily/weekly rental at Lone Star Marina (7.5 mile/10 minute drive from the Lakehouse and an 8-12 minute boat ride to our home via water).
