All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV's, cable and high speed internet. High end appliances in kitchen including washer/dryer. Recess lighting throughout plus ceiling fans in living, bedrooms and pool terrace. Bright living-dining area with large screen Smart TV. Double sliding doors open to the private patio with large decked terrace featuring a heated private salt water plunge pool and wonderful waterfall, comfortable furniture to lounge on the cozy area and a Weber Gas Grill. Front Porch and upstairs balcony lets you enjoy the beautiful sunset and wonderful breezes. Property is located on bay side with community pool and dock with 2 double kayaks. Fish off the dock or simply sit and watch the beautiful sunsets on the separate deck overlooking the bay. By sea you can experience the beautiful waters of Alligator Reef where you can snorkel and see lots of sea life.
