The enormous Gourmet chefs kitchen is absolutely perfect for Family dinners! Preparing a meal in this kitchen will be a dream come true for any cook! Huge center island, additional breakfast bar, Viking range/oven, a Wet bar & wine fridge. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you would need during your day. The dining room off the kitchen has a table that seats 12+ !
The Guest house (Included in your rental) has a spacious open floor plan! 2 Bedrooms on the second floor and one full bathroom. Conveniently, there is a Half bath on the main floor and a full Kitchen completely stocked, perfect for making lunch by the pool! Life's a Beach includes Beach Service for 6 from March 1 - October 31, weather permitting (6 Beach lounges and 3 Umbrellas).
The private pool can be heated for an additional $350.00 fee for the week. The Carillon Belleview Park Pool is only a 2-3 minute walk from the house and is heated.
