This 5 bedroom, 6 bathroom home has an excellent design and layout with Master Bedroom on a partial second floor with a beautiful view of old growth trees; all other living spaces are on the ground floor. Each bedroom has its own en-suite bathrooms. The design was meant to maximize the back yard and full-service gazebo with built in BBQ and pizza oven. The beautiful antiqued light colored marble floor throughout the villa is a key factor in the bright and easy feel to the villa. For cozy movie watching or music listening there is a beautiful cinema room.
