Basement Access - Important Information
The basement is accessible from inside the home and contains the washer and dryer for your use as well as the home gym. Please unlock it only when using the laundry and gym facilities and keep it locked at all times otherwise. Ensure lights are off when not in use.
The basement has a separate exterior entrance used exclusively by the host. When requested by guest the host may use this entrance to restock guest-use supplies such as toiletries, paper goods, and household essentials to ensure your stay remains comfortable and well equipped. Well-behaved dogs under 15 lbs. are warmly welcome here. We kindly ask to please keep them off the upper floors and out of the bedrooms. Cats and all other animals are not permitted due to a host allergy.

Undisclosed pets or pets exceeding the size limit are a house rule violation and may result in cancellation of your stay and forfeiture of the deposit.
Additional Guests
This home comfortably accommodates up to 6 registered guests. If you plan to have additional guests visit or stay, this must be disclosed at the time of booking for review and approval. Parties & Events
This is a strictly no-party, no-event home. Gatherings beyond the registered guest count are not permitted at any time. We kindly ask that you respect the home, the neighbors, and the quiet residential character of the neighborhood. Violations will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
Trash & Recycling
We kindly ask guests to recycle responsibly. The kitchen is equipped with a trash bin and a recycling bin. Spare bags are stored under the kitchen sink once a bag is full, please replace it and store any excess waste in the designated bins at the front of the home. The black bin is for general rubbish and the blue bin is for recycling.
Checkout Instructions.
Checkout is by 11:00 AM. We kindly ask that you take a few minutes before leaving to complete the following:
• Towels & napkins - place all used towels and napkins in the laundry basket provided.
• Bed linens - lift the linens from one side of each used bed to signal they need washing. No need to strip the bed entirely.
• Dishes - please wash all used dishes and leave them on the drying rack.
• Stove & faucets - ensure the stove is fully off and all faucets are closed.
• AC & appliances - turn off all air conditioning units.
• Lights & plugs - turn off all lights and unplug anything used during your stay.
• Furniture - if anything was moved, please return it to its original position.
• Outdoor space - close the outdoor umbrella and fold chairs upright.
• Doors - pull the front door firmly shut on the way out (it locks automatically) and ensure the back door is locked securely.
