This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo is tastefully decorated with luxurious décor and furnishings. Pride of ownership is evident from the minute you walk through the doors! Dine al fresco on your private lanai with a front row seat to spectacular ocean views! All day long you will appreciate dramatic views of the islands of Molokai and Lanai in the distance, and sea turtles frolicking in the ocean just below. During our winter months, enjoy front row whale watching. There is no AC in this unit, however the ceiling fans throughout the unit keep it nice and cool as well as ocean breezes.
The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops, custom cherry cabinets, recessed lighting, and beautiful stainless-steel appliances. The owners love to buy fresh fish at the market down the road and grill on the resort's Jenn-Air gas BBQ grill, place it on a bed of fresh, local greens, and enjoy dining at sunset on the private lanai (Hawaiian for balcony).
The master bedroom features a comfortable Queen size bed. For additional guests, the living room offers a Queen size sleeper sofa. The bathroom has been beautifully remodeled and offers a large walk-in shower, granite countertops and gorgeous custom cabinets.
This home comes equipped with High Definition TV, cable, and free Wi-Fi. My Perfect Stays provides a complimentary starter set of natural Maui made shampoo, conditioner, body soap and lotion.
Kahana Reef is an ocean front resort located in West Maui, approximately 10 minutes north of Lahaina, and near many top beaches and attractions. We have a small sandy beach adjacent to the property, which is perfect for swimming and snorkeling. You are guaranteed to see turtles swim by! Several of the top beaches on Maui, including the action of Kaanapali, the family friendly Napili, or the seclusion of Kapalua, are within minutes by car. This low-rise, low density resort (only 88 units, about half of which are owner occupied) offers an ocean front pool, BBQ area, and an authentic and peaceful Maui experience. It is located in a quiet neighborhood within walking distance of restaurants and bars, including Maui Brewing Co. and Miso Phat Sushi. Resort also offers an impeccably clean, on site laundry facility. There are no resort or parking fees.
