Large open floor plan directly on the Magothy River off of the Chesapeake Bay with stunning views, heated pool, dock with kayaks, and paddle boards. Great yard with screened porch. The main floor is open concept with two L-Shape couches and two chairs. Large television. The kitchen countertops have over hang for bar type seating for multiple people. Large dining room and a living room at the front of the house. There is an office on the main floor with a full bathroom and couch that opens into a bed. The second floor has a primary suite with a king bed. There are three bedrooms with king beds and a fourth bedroom with twins beds. All have their own full baths. The finished basement has a bedroom with a king bed and full bathroom plus a family room with foos ball, TV and some video games. Off the main floor is a screened porch with a table and six chairs. There are four large comfy chairs, too. The pool will be open. There are 4 lounge chairs, 4 anti-gravity lounge chairs. We have 4 large Adirondack yard chairs that can go anywhere. They are light. The dock has 2 chairs and paddle boards and kayaks.
