Our Happy Place in the Cape Cod Inn ! This totally renovated Complex (2023) featured Condo boasts 1 Bedroom with a Queen Bed, Living Room with a Queen Sofa Sleeper and Twin Sofa Sleeper, 1 Full Bathroom and Kitchen and Laundry facilities.
Beach access is across the street as well as an easy walk to the boardwalk, Crest Pavilion, tennis and pickle ball courts, bike rentals and several food establishments! This beautiful 2nd floor unit enjoys ocean views overlooking the heated pool. Enjoy a cocktail on the large sunbathing deck area adjacent to the heated pool, along with propane cooking grills for your convenience. Rental includes one private parking space in the complex.
This beautifully decorated, meticulously clean condo comes with a fully equipped kitchen, stainless steel appliances including a full-size refrigerator, microwave, electric stovetop and dishwasher, toaster, Keurig coffee maker, pots/pans, cooking utensils, silverware, dishes, and hardwood floors. The Condo offers central air and heat as it is a year-round condo, a smart flat screen LED TV & Wi-Fi with open floor plan which includes full size table and bench seating for dining purposes. For your convenience we have a stackable washer and dryer in the condo unit, just bring your detergent.
Flexible Weekly rental in-off season. Access to the condo is keyless with your own private security code provided prior to your arrival. Linens and towels are not provided so please bring your own.
Renters are required to be at least 25 years of age. There is “no smoking or vaping” allowed in the complex or in the unit. No pets are allowed for tenants.
