This two-story home sits on the oceanfront south of small-town Hancock (two miles north). It's a marvelous home base for exploring - secluded and rural, yet close to beloved attractions. You can easily explore Winter Harbor (18 miles) and the beautiful Schoodic Peninsula to the south, spend the day in majestic Acadia National Park (23 miles), or shop and dine your way through Bar Harbor (28 miles).
Bask in the summer sunshine on the large deck - breathing in the salty sea air and watching boats pass through Mt. Desert Narrows. Sear some fresh local seafood on the gas grill and set the table for a sunset dinner outdoors.
The interior is a showcase of the natural setting as well, with the ocean on display in the window-lined living room, the dining room, and all three bedrooms.
