Taniguchi in 1964, this magnificent house is a prime example of mid-century modern architecture which is a design style that is characterized by a simple and functional aesthetic. All of the rooms are huge, open, and airy with stunning floor to ceiling windows that give the impression you are outdoors (with the benefit of air conditioning!). The house is encircled with tall fences that give you complete privacy even though it is situated off one of the main streets of Pharr.
This bright home is equipped to host 8 people, providing them with utmost comfort while enjoying all of the amenities the house has to offer.

You are welcome to roam the entire 1-acre property which includes the main house, fully-fenced backyard, and front yard!
Other things to note:
Please be aware that there are two wide but very shallow steps located in the main living area that all guests must be able to go up and down to reach the bedrooms. This house is therefore not well-suited for guests in wheelchairs or with mobility issues. Also, the house is located on a busy street, but is surrounded by a tall brick fence. However, there is some street noise during the day that dies down later at night.
