Positive: The apartment is spacious. The water park is nice. It is very quite. The area is very well equipped with security guards (which are very friendly), so it is very safe.

Negative: This apartment has the potential to be great, but the owners/managers need to make a lot of investments to upgrade it. I booked this place because it was close to where my family lives. Below are a few things to keep in mind for future bookings: 1. The area where this residential is located suffers of MAJOR water problems!. During our stay we lost water for TWO days. This was very inconvenient particularly when traveling with kids. The manager gave us a $38 discount which I felt was very disrespectful since a hotel night for all of us would have been $200+. I know this is not their fault but something to be aware as you may end up with no water for several days. 2. There is no hot water at this place which was a nightmare for small kids taking showers as they arent used to how cold the water is from the pipes. This is an easy fix! 3. While the place is cool at night, there is only two air conditioners in the entire apartment (living room and master bedroom). Again, an easy fix! 4. For long stays, it will be convenient to have a washer and dryer on site. This place does not count with a dryer which left us with a bunch of dirty close on a two weeks stay. 5. I know it makes no sense to put top of the line furniture in a rental place, but the furniture here is on the extreme of being cheap. On the first day, my husband sat on a balcony chair. He fell and hurt his lower back. My husband is not overweight but the furniture cant even handle the weight of an average type human being. 6. The water park is the highlight of this place, but you can only bring in 4 people per apartment. Any extra person, needs to pay $8 to get in per visit. We were 6 in total so that expense quickly adds up if you visit the pool on a regular basis. 7. This area is very closed to a beach that needs a bit of remediation. In the past, it used to be all forest. Therefore, there is a LOT of bugs. My daughter was bit by a non-poisonous creature on her leg.

Summary: This place is OK but needs a lot of investments.
