In order to access the complex or property, we need you to send us the images of the IDs of the people who will be staying, as well as the license plate of their vehicles, 1 day before the reservation. Otherwise, access to the project may be difficult since the project staff only works during business hours and the owner of the property is the one who manages the access.

- The person booking the apartment must be the one who pays.
- This person is responsible for the property, must be present at check-in and during the stay, unless there is a special written agreement between us. Identity check will be performed.
- Visitors are allowed in the building and the apartment only with the consent of the owner.

Please keep the AC at 24°C (75°F) or higher and turn off the lights and AC upon exiting.

For this reason, in order to keep our prices competitive and guarantee a quality experience, we request an energy aid of US$5 per night that will be requested by the Resolutions Center. If you are unable to make this contribution, please refrain from renting.
If your stay is longer than 15 days, we can gladly negotiate a special rate for the deposit.
