This idyllic townhouse is located on the west end of PCV, a very short drive to Frank Brown Park, Pier Park, Gulf World, and so much more!
This beachfront townhouse offers two different outdoor areas where you can spread out comfortably and take in the views. The first one is the covered patio downstairs with comfy a patio chair and a Joyside wicker egg chair. The second area is actually the balcony upstairs with fantastic beach views, loungers, and a small bistro table.
Inside, the air-conditioned open layout with upscale accommodations makes for a great gathering spot. Kick your feet up and relax on the sectional after a memorable day at the beach and stream your favorite series on the smart TV with cable. There is no need to miss the next episode of your favorite show! When mealtime comes, the cook of the group will have a blast preparing savory homemade meals for everyone in the well-appointed kitchen.
