Positive: The room was clean and spacious, the location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We also appreciated the comfortable bed and overall quiet atmosphere.

Negative: Overall, everything was good, but the heated pool did not feel warm and the water was cold, which made it difficult for our child to enjoy it.
